An Evaluation of the Effectiveness of Gamified Virtual Reality on Food
Preparation Literacy

We are looking for research volunteers who are 18 years old or over to experience virtual reality (VR) cooking or watch the process of VR cooking. You will be asked to complete pre- and post- experience online questionnaire. Also, you will be invited to join a 30-minute online focus group. All research volunteers will receive $20 Amazon gift card.

Application of Digital Reality Technologies for Nutrigenomics Education - The Personalized Nutrition Education (PNE) Study

We are looking for research volunteers who are 19 to 35 years old to take part in a study that examines the effectiveness of gene-based personalized nutrition.
The study will involve:
a) Completing general health assessments (online & in person)
b) Recording food intake
c) Receiving nutrition education facilitated by a dietitian and/or via virtual reality application
d) Providing feedback about the advice and education
